Sandra Mulholland

I have been working in primary school education since 2004. My specialism was English and PE but I have carried out many roles during my 22 years at Balfour Primary. Having taught the majority of year groups throughout the primary phase, I have gained a good understanding of children's needs and over time, have developed strategies we use as a school to ensure all children access the learning and develop a love of learning.

I have been working alongside Matt and the School Inclusion Group for a couple of years now and have seen a substantial increase in our sense of belonging at Balfour. It has been a pleasure to share our work with other local schools and we're looking forward to spreading our experiences further afield.
