Stage 3: Deliver

Following the Deepen workshops, we work with designated members of your school’s senior leadership team to deliver and evaluate the action plan.

In practice, this means that we support you to fine-tune your action plan so that each action has a clear timescale and an individual responsible for its delivery. We then support you to deliver the coherent set of actions (e.g., providing materials for exercises, offering feedback, etc.) throughout the school year.

Depending on circumstances, rather than creating a separate action plan, it may be appropriate to incorporate some or all of the actions into the school’s existing plans, such as the pupil premium plan and/or the school improvement plan.

We provide practical support over an extended period to help ensure that the plan is implemented successfully.
